It's hard to think about singing songs of joy when the world is on fire. We're all in a bit of trauma freeze. But music is incredibly healing, and producing sound from your own voice, even simple tones, can help unlock your body from freeze mode and open your heart and mind to greater clarity. 


Though it's hard not to feel the pain, we don't do anyone any favors by holding the pain for them. In this Meditation & Healing Circle, we set an intention to free up the constriction in our own bodies - our voices and our throats - and send that power of healing, freedom, and peace out to reverberate around the planet.


To guide us today, I have a SPECIAL GUEST!! My former roommate, dear friend, and professional musician and vocal coach, Camela Widad. We've had so much fun over the years, and the vocal coaching I've received from her has been incredibly healing.  


Camela Widad guides us through activities to unlock the throat and vocal cords, free up the constriction we hold that affects our voices and our whole bodies, and we intend a message of healing to resonate around the globe.
