Progressive is alive and well as can be heard with Chris's latest mix 'Insane Reality'.  Contrary to the name, the mixed is well-organized and boasts plenty of energy right out in front.  After wandering around and even going deep in the first half, the second half is announced with a classic atmospheric track.  Some real magic happens next as the mix takes a long plunge into the moody melodic side of progressive mix.  - Enjoy

Progressive music moves the world forever in the direction of change.  Dante uses many elements of that change in this mix.  The most distinct element here and one which so clearly defines the underground of music, is the beat.  Tech, melodic and even downgroove genres are all represented and highlighted with sublime mixes.  But pay attention to the rhythm of the  beat itself.  Its busy with all kinds of fun. - Enjoy

Episode 097 comes with a definitive amount of patience and depth.  After an intro with both draw and intention, the mix flows well through the modern vibes of deep and melodic house.  There are no shortage of layers to keep your attention spanned and your heart pumping.  Bordering on techno at times, the dance vibe is matched a certain serenity and texture end to end.  This is what we mean when we talk about deep grooves.  - Enjoy

Music has a face for every emotion. This week Dante explores the downgroove with an about-face to the typical electronica pushing a lounge atmosphere.  The mix is very comfortable in some left-of-center rhythms and still easy to let go and follow.  This DJ's selection never stops reminding us that real musicians are doing hard labor to provide these chill vibes; they are tainted echoes.  - Enjoy

Another great mix from EarTheater!  This week Scott Riley kicks out some hard to find cuts with deep track-love and a progressive bounce that only experienced DJs can provide.  I love this highly engineered stuff!  No idea where you guys find it but I am thankful you spend the time. Amazing.  A couple of the early tracks in this mix are worth looking into to collect, even as a non-DJ.  Let the tracks build constantly til the end and you will be dancing. Musicians and DJs are writers to follow and love. Scott sets it on high for this mix.

The EarTheater crew has been churning out one great mix after another. I had the opportunity to give this weeks mix an early listen during a long walk in the park; it was perfect. This is what I would call 1 AM in the martini bar versus 4 AM in the 'club.'  The greatest compliment I can give a DJ is that I got lost in the mix, just grooving without ever noticing a change in tempo or key. Chris did a masterful job keeping me in the groove. Smooth as butter. Once I got back to my apartment I found myself dancing in the elevator.  Don't miss this one. - Mark Butler

Future Strangers Groove, is it a warning or mere prediction?  Dante takes his podcast to a wide range of destinations in search of those strangers.  The early tracks lure you in with some sophistication.  The mix moves on to something much more raw and energetic.  Not the mosh pit of your youth but a solid bang throughout the middle.  The end enjoys a mellow path cut from straight-up house secrets and gets you back to life.  Enjoy!
