In this interview I had the huge honor to talk with Dana Colley, the legendary sax player from Morphine.
Morphine was founded in 1989 in Boston and had a complete unique configuration consisting of Mike Sandman on vocals and playing a bass with two strings, Dana Colley playing a baritone sax and Jerome Deupree on drums.
We passed through his whole career, talking about his beginnings in music, Three Colors, Treat her Right, Morphine, Twinemen, Vapor of Morphine and a lot more!
This interview is dedicated to the memory of Mark Sandman and Billy Conway.
May their music always be remembered.
