"The Ultimate Time Hack For Musicians (The Pomodoro Technique)"

In todays episode we discuss using a technique that is designed to utilize the most of the time you dedicate to completing any task, be it practicing an instrument or your vocal work, writing songs, or whatever it may be, this will help make sure you stay on task while not getting burnt out or bored as we creatives have been known to do!

The technique itself is VERY simple!  You just set a timer to 25 minutes, then when that time is done, you set a second time for 5 minutes, to take a break from whatever you ware working on.  It is of the UTMOST importance that your break be away from the area you have to chosen to work, so go get something to drink or use the bathroom and stretch your legs!  Then after those 5 minutes of break, you do it again!  

You repeat that step 4 time for a total of at most 4 hours, then at the end of the fourth time, you take an extended break of 20-30 minutes.  Personally I enjoy doing my lunch or dinner at this time or even a brisk walk, but what you do is up to you!

Using this idea will help you to remain focused on what you want to get done, while letting you have time to unwind and get distracted at the appropriate times, and using this we can get better and better at achiever our goals!
