This is a very different episode for me, but it was one I was compelled to produce. While shopping with my eleven-year-old granddaughter in July 2023, we heard the words no one is ever ready to hear: Lockdown. I am so thankful for those wonderful employees at Chico's who took care of us and the other customers during this anxiety-producing ordeal.
