this is chit chatty. i do drop some gems on supplements for you to consider (l-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, serotonin). i love that these offer so many benefits but this was a beautiful reminder about enhancing our "happy hormones" i also share my "eureka" moment on how to create SYNERGY between my health + spirituality. i want to revisit this and how we may be one-sided on how we approach spirituality. there may be a disconnect between how we heal the body + soul.

i rant a little about broke boys who say they want a "natural girl" because they think its cheaper to keep her. smh. I also go into the beauty + sexual performance benefits of supplements i'm taking. fit girl.

pay attention to how you are self pacifying. old beliefs tell us we would rely on our boo thang as a shoulder to cry on...but what do we do when they are not around? how do we work thru the energy on our own. this single period is not punishment. it's a chance to understand yourself better before mr/s dimples comes into our lives. this is. agreat opportunity to tap in to how you handle stress and how you learn to raise your own frequency. this is a checkpoint for you to see how codependent you may be or how far you've grown.
