i analyze the types of soul connections we can have! i was surprised to learn of new ones. i wanted to help facilitate the idea there is lack or we are confined to 1-3 "titles" of what a soul connection is - to help move away from the 'limiting beliefs'.

LISTEN! I had fun with this one, it was nice to see the synastry and flow when I read from the book, Art of Seduction. It addressed stigma surrounding who makes the bold moves...the last couple minutes were, lol, wow!....y'all leave your thoughts in the comments. in all fairness to the author, i only ready a small segment of the book and he could have been building towards a point that we didn't get to read.

....according to the book description (the book of life) this is a very "popular" psychology book. 

"It is one of the most popular psychology books that has ever been written."

(i'm listening to it and i must say, im trembling from the information...it is not for the weak of stomach...the accuracy of this occult insight is still true today...humbling, i shall be silent from "shock" for time to come) i'd liken what i'm hearing as perhaps what EVE experienced when she ate from the tree of good and evil and then discovered...she was nekkit.

listen, i imagine you are radiant, beautiful + handsome, sunshiney beings of light...i don't think you should have to pull anyone's teeth to convince them to love you and take esoteric measures to pull them back into you but hey! i feel your radiance and at the end of it all  - i hope that they cherish you and appreciate the efforts.

just thinking...yes burn candle on end of ending modern-day redlining practices...but in the meantime, in between time. maybe a $50-$100 for the hour they sit it during a house appraisal? additional services with checklist of items to remove from home...in the meantime...obviously not intended to be a permanent situation but i don't think we should just sit and take $50,000...$100,000+ hit is undervalued property appraisal estimates just because...we'll see. 

app would feature virtual pre-appraisal tours: 30 minute walk thru with consultant who will go over list of items to remove from home before appraisal, can schedule 25 minute re-up to double check that you've removed or made corrections 

each tolken appraisal home-sitter will be trained in how to handle the appraisal visit, including how to present a list of upgrades you have done to the home (if applicable)
