Social Media is now part of our lives. Heck, we even work on "social" media. But many of us insist that social media is not real. Is it true, false or a bit of both?

One of the issues that are personal to a multicultural heritage is the multicultural rejection they are confronted with, based on multicultural differences. In this episode, I am trying to reason with multicultural people who feel they have to denounce their heritage and in turn themselves, in other to be accepted by one of the cultures they originate from. In the light of getaways with "friends" turning deadly, I shared precautions to take, and signs to look out for that will show you who are really foes pretending to be friends. I also shared a few stories of friendships gone bad.

Some people are really in distress. But what happens when a person chooses to stay in distress against better judgment?
