I’m still sick, but had to drive my son to work, so we did a quick checkin. Notice, all I did was ask questions and I did my best to not insert judgement.

A lot of time Assistant Principals get stuck in the middle on things. Having a boss that reacts emotionally or struggles with staying logical during discussions can be a real struggle. I talk briefly about some things I will be trying.
