M Quad is an evolving exploration of comparative mythology, ancient history, ancient languages, philosophy, psychology, religion, physics, and the unexplained. What began as a casual attempt to read ancient myths and ask better questions has gradually grown into a more academically grounded project involving primary texts, scholarly research, and the study of languages including Akkadian, Sumerian, Biblical Hebrew, and Ugaritic.

In this short introduction, Josiah explains the core ideas behind M Quad, including the Mythical Matrix hypothesis: the possibility that similarities found across world mythologies may preserve traces of older shared traditions or experiences. But cultural borrowing, psychology, independent invention, historical memory, spiritual interpretations, and simple storytelling all remain on the table.
