The Word of God has the power to save and heal. All we need to do is to declare it, read it and allow it to do its work in our souls Psalm 121, Proverbs 18:21; Hebrews 4:12; Hebrews 11:3; Romans 10:7

There is evil in the world. Every Christian needs to be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. The devil will use anyone and anything to dull your light and bring you down. Matthew 10:16; John 10:10

I must learn to be less emotionally invested in things on earth and more focused on God Himself as a health and wellness habit. Colossians 3:1-3; Hebrews 12:1-2

There is no alternative to living by faith. I need the wisdom that only God can give in managing the complexity of life Habakkuk 2:4

All things work together for Good. To them who are called according to His purpose. I need to learn not to set my heart on things on earth .. Romans 8:28

A lesson to never take my eyes off the Lord.

Walking with God requires that we love Him more than the fulfilment of His promises .. James 4: 13-14;

To walk with God is to walk at pace with Him. Not ahead of Him but at His daily direction and instruction. Hebrews 6:12, John 10:27
