In this lecture, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Shafie talks about who is allowed and forbidden to wear gold, silk and wearing certain clothing specific to the opposite sex. The sheikh also discusses the exemptions of wearing these materials in certain situations.

In this lecture, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Shafie discusses the event called Al-Mi^raj, the ascension to the Heavens and what is beyond them that Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him had undertaken. The Sheikh discloses on the wisdom of why the Prophet ascended to the Heavens, what he had seen in them, experienced in and beyond them. The Sheikh also highlights certain misconceptions that have become widespread these days about Al-Isra and Al-Mi^raj.

Continuing from the text Matan Abu Shuja in a PowerPoint presentation, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Shafie explains how to find the direction of Al-Qiblah, which is the direction of Al-Ka^bah in Makkah and this is the direction a Muslim faces when praying. The Sheikh also explains how to use the stars to determine the correct direction of prayer and briefly talks about when one is allowed to not face the Qiblah when praying in certain situations.
