Rather than complaining and getting angry about the things that we can see but that our leaders cannot see, followers need to understand that leaders like drivers are busy trying to drive us to our destinations safely. We must patiently help them to see those things and sometimes seek the help of the holy spirit in helping them to see it.

Leaders must also create time to listen to their followers too. They must understand that followers are positioned to see a lot of things that leaders may not see.

How easy would life be if we could just learn to cast our cares upon the Lord knowing that he cares for us? (1 Peter 5:7). Some of the stress we go through in our life will be unnecessary and we will be able to sleep with our two eyes closed. Even when things seem to be falling apart, we will be relaxed in the confidence that the steering of our life is in the master’s hand and we know that he has our best interest at heart and he knows the best route to lead us to our glorious destination.
