In this episode, Pat and Hassan reconnect after a brief time off from recording. New beginnings and transitions are the theme of this episode, along with a recap of our "a-ha moments from our previous nine episodes. Hassan has some big news and Pat has been growing his advocacy efforts. We talk about some future plans for episodes such as discussing psych units and mental health in different cultures. 

In this episode, we check in and talk about what we have been up to the past couple of weeks.  Pat has been doing his Alt2Su group virtually and in person, and mountain biking around MOAB. Also, a trip to Machu Picchu is in Pat's future. Hassan has a new girlfriend, work has been going well, and a trip to Georgia is booked!
