Muzzy Wrestling Podcast

This week, we return with our longest venture to date, a career retrospective of Bret "The Hitman" Hart. We break down his early career, the Hart Foundation, his breakout into singles stardom, his carrying of the WWF throughout the mid-90s, the Montreal Screwjob, his tenure in WCW, and all the dark, sad, depressing things that came after. Come for the hard hitting analysis, and stay for Sami fangirling for her favorite pro grappler.

This week, school board member/congressional staffer/our very good friend, Zach, joins us to discuss the most dangerous faction of about two months in 2010, the Nexus. We discuss their quick rise, their even quicker downfall, and all of the hellish purgatory that came after. We had a really fun time this week, and we truly hope you like this episode. Just remember, you're either Nexus, or you're against us.

We return after a week's absence to discuss last weekend's AEW Revolution PPV! We share our thoughts on the surprise debuts, Sting's return to the ring, Cody Rhodes in general, and of course the infamous conclusion to the main event. Please enjoy our final podcast before our inevitable cancelling on Twitter!

This week, our good friend Brandon re-joins the podcast and we collectively break down what is widely considered to be the greatest pro wrestling show of all time, WWF Wrestlemania 17. It has been just about twenty years since this show first aired...does it stand the test of time?

Spoiler alert: yes it does.

This week, we dig into the archives and watch six superstars, from both the present and the past, in action before they made it big in the WWE. We dip into WCW, NJPW, IWA Japan, PROGRESS, and PWG, and have a ton of fun along the way! Also included are a rapid fire NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day review and quick predictions for tonight's Elimination Chamber PPV. Settle in for a trip through the history books, you might just learn a thing or two.

This week, Matt and Sami embark on a career retrospect on the one and only Cerebral Assassin, Triple H. From his not-so-humble beginnings in 1995 to being the face of the NXT brand in 2021, and all the lengthy title reigns and disappointing Wrestlemania main events in between.

This week, we our joined by our good, long time friend, Brandon (also known as BDC). We discuss the 2021 Royal Rumble, giving our thoughts, and determining if our predictions from last week were any good. Spoiler alert, they weren't. We also dig into the WWE Network/Peacock deal and go down a rabbit hole of streaming services and our plan to consolidate costs.

In our first episode, we give a little information about ourselves and our experiences with pro grappling. We discuss some of the greatness that is 1997-1998 WWF and dive right in to the modern age with our predictions for the 2021 WWE Royal Rumble.
