As we round out the final week of 2022 - also known as 'what day is it' week I want to share what's up for 2023 around here at Dietitian Values.

Firstly a little reflection (as per our entry point in the recent series on planning) and then sharing the words I've chosen for 2023.

And I'll touch on how I'll be acting into both those words (yes, spoiler, I chose more than one), as defined by my values, in and outside of business.
