There is a swarm of so called “property experts” out there who take people for a ride and rip them off. Reality is these so called “property experts” are manipulators and have a hidden agenda – to earn more money. 

 

Purchasing an investment property is the most expensive purchase most Australians will ever make and a daunting one. The last thing you want is to be scammed by someone and have your hard-earned money go down the drain. 

 

It can be difficult to identify the scams because the people involved in these scams often employ sophisticated tactics. It is easy to believe and trust them, simply because they are so well spoken and confident.
