I accidentally skipped my morning mindfulness routine of about ten years last week. Let me tell you..... I won't do that again, lol! Here is what I noticed.
I was a mess!!!!!!! I jokingly said to a friend, I have not been very mindful lately. It hit me like a ton of bricks! It was a great teacher though. I realize the importance of these practices. It was chrystal clear when I go back in my groove, I don't want to go back. I felt so unanchered!!!! It is my north star practice! It is so simple, but so very profound!
