It is said that the greatest art forger in the world is the one who has never been caught―the astonishing story of America’s most accomplished art forger, Ken Perenyi.

Ten years ago, an FBI investigation in conjunction with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York was about to expose a scandal in the art world that would have been front-page news in New York and London. After a trail of fake paintings of astonishing quality led federal agents to art dealers, renowned experts, and the major auction houses, the investigation inexplicably ended, despite an abundance of evidence collected. The case was closed and the FBI file was marked “exempt from public disclosure.”

Now that the statute of limitations on these crimes has expired and the case appears hermetically sealed shut by the FBI, this book, Caveat Emptor, is Ken Perenyi’s confession. It is the story, in detail, of how he pulled it all off.

Glamorous stories of art-world scandal have always captured the public imagination. However, not since Clifford Irving’s 1969 bestselling Fake has there been a story at all like this one. Caveat Emptor is unique in that it is the first and only book by and about America’s first and only great art forger. And unlike other forgers, Perenyi produced no paper trail, no fake provenance whatsoever; he let the paintings speak for themselves. And that they did, routinely mesmerizing the experts in mere seconds.

My guest tonight has inside information with real documents that include hidden studies showing that UFOs really exist.  Her exploration of Wright-Patterson AFB includes interviews of top researchers, photographs showing hidden views, bodies in crypts, and a visit to its famous “Blue Room.”  Tonight in the studio, Sacred Corridors and my special guest is Dr. Irena Scott.

Dr. Irena Scott received her Ph.D. from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in physiology, did post-doctoral research at Cornell University, and has had a professorship at St. Bonaventure University. Her MS was from the University of Nevada, her BS from Ohio State University in astronomy and biology, and she has done research and teaching at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and the University of Nevada. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) employed her in Ph.D. level (GS-11) research in satellite photography including in its Air Order of Battle section, which involved aircraft identification with above top-secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information, clearances. She was employed as a Physical Scientist/Cartographer in the DMA Aerospace Center using satellite photography, and she worked at Battelle Memorial Institute. She has been sent for work-related purposes to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. She was a volunteer astronomer at the Ohio State University Radio Observatory “Big Ear” (noted for the WOW SETI signal that might be humanity’s only signal from ET), is an amateur astronomer, and has taken flying lessons She was a correspondent for Popular Mechanics magazine. Her publications include books, and works in peer-reviewed scientific journals, magazines, and newspapers. Her photography has been shown on television and in magazines, books, and newspapers. She served on the MUFON Board of Directors (1993 to 2000) and is a MUFON consultant in physiology and astronomy and a field investigator. As the MUFON Director of Publications, she co-edited eight symposium proceedings. She was a founding member of the Mid-Ohio Research Associates (MORA) and an editor for the Ohio UFO Notebook. Her UFO publications include articles in the MUFON UFO Journal, the International UFO Reporter, and FATE magazine. She has done numerous podcasts such as Coast to Coast (2018.06.09), and Shirley MacLaine’s Independent Expression Radio. She was a featured speaker at 50th Golden Anniversary 2019 MUFON International UFO Symposium and spoke at the July 2019 Phoenix MUFON Conference. Her most recent books on UFOs are: UFOs TODAY 70 Years of Lies, Disinformation, and Government Cover-Up, published by Flying Disk Press, MUFON Books, and in German by NIBE VERLAG; Inside the Lightning Ball: Scientific Study of Lifelong UFO Experiencers, published by Flying Disk Press; and Sacred Corridors Secrets Behind the Real Project Blue Book, Wright-Patterson AFB, Roswell, Battelle, Memory Metal, Dr. J. Allen Hynek & UFO Cover-Ups, published by Flying Disk Press. She has taken a scientific approach to UFO phenomena and published papers about UFO data in peer-reviewed scientific journals, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) publications.

It has long been speculated that there are radio stations all over the planet that operate in a simple and foolproof way for government agencies communicating with spies working undercover.  Tonight we are going to discover a world of espionage that uses the air around us to communicate with imbedded agents that could be your next door neighbor.   Josh from HAM Radio Crash Course introduces us to a hobby for some, and a way of overthrowing governments for others. Numbers Stations are a shortwave radio station characterized by broadcasts of formatted numbers, which are believed to be addressed to intelligence officers operating in foreign countries.  Most identified stations use speech synthesis to vocalize numbers, although digital modes such as phase-shift keying and frequency-shift keying, as well as Morse code transmissions, are not uncommon. Most stations have set time schedules, or schedule patterns; however, other stations appear to broadcast at random times. Stations may or may not have set frequencies in the HF band.

The first known use of numbers stations was during World War I, with the numbers transmitted in Morse code. Numbers stations were most prolific during the Cold War era, yet many continue to operate and some have even switched operators.  The Czech Ministry of the Interior and the Swedish Security Service have both acknowledged the use of numbers stations by Czechoslovakia for espionage,  with declassified documents proving the same. With a few exceptions,  no QSL responses have been received from numbers stations by shortwave listeners who sent reception reports to said stations, which is the expected behavior of a non-clandestine station.

Dr. Bob Wenzel Gross is a semi-retired researcher, writer, presenter, and educator with a new nonfiction book-in-progress.  The book is entitled:  The Rise and Fall of the Roswell UFO Incident.  Dr. Gross has worked as a researcher, field investigator, scientist, writer, lecturer, educator, administrator, change agent, turnaround specialist, and professional musician.  In addition, Bob has developed and written a document entitled:  Kecksburg UFO WHITEPAPER REPORT:  Closing the Kecksburg UFO Case Opened a  New Mystery, Revised Edition.  Dr. Bob's most recent work is a new WHITEPAPER REPORT titled:  Two Top UFO Cases Have Obvious Pattern in Common:  Second Edition.  This new report details the characteristics the 1965 Kecksburg UFO case and the 1947 Roswell UFO case have in common.

Tonight in the studio I have a lifelong student of the sweet science of UFOs and other related phenomena.  If you’ve never heard of Michael W. Hall, there isn’t a better time to hear about him than right now.

Michael W. Hall is a former Thurston County Superior Court judge Pro Tem, Certified Mediator, and the founding partner of The Hall Law Firm, P.S. He received his B.A. from The Edward R. Murrow College of Communications at Washington State University in Broadcast journalism in 1976, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles in 1987. Michael has taught legal seminars and conflict management courses for the Washington State Bar and Boeing Management Associations, and currently maintains a general legal and estate-planning practice in Edmonds, Washington, where he also finds time to serve as pro bono legal counsel for various local and national non-profit organizations.  

With a lifelong interest in UFO/UAPs and paranormal (being an experiencer himself), Michael has been a field investigator for the Aerial Phenomena Research Organization (APRO), legal advisor to the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC), legal counsel and research associate for the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP) and a consultant to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) since 1995. Michael has also served as the attorney of record for such noted ufologists as Peter Davenport, Dr. Richard Haines and Dr. James Harder.

In the studio I have one of the artists of the band Half-Japanese AND they may be one of the most influential bands of all time.  The band has been associated with the Velvet Underground, Moe Tucker who is their former drummer, also the Tinklers, Daniel Johnston, Sonic Youth and Nirvana.  Kurt Cobain was wearing a Half-Japanese t-shirt when he died.

Ken Hamlett is a standup comedian and published comedy writer. Ken Hamlett is a native of Tacoma, Washington. He is easy going, and has relatable stories that allow the audience to feel right at home. Much like the Tacoma Aroma, people immediately notice him when he's around. Combining wry wit with a powerful stage presence, Ken Hamlett has used his unique perspective to make him a mainstay in the Northwest comedy scene.

You can catch him performing at some of the most notable clubs in the West Coast like Flappers, Spokane Comedy Club, and The Parlor Live just to name a few, he is also  a regular at Tacoma Comedy Club. Ken Hamlett is the two-time winner of Western Oregon University’s Last comic standing and the winner of the 2018 Western Oregon Comedy Competition. He’s also been featured at comedy Festivals such as Just For Laughs NW, Gilda's Laugh Fest, Burbank Comedy Festival, Out Of Bounds Comedy Festival, and more. Ken Hamlett is the producer/ host of the Podcast and nationally traveling show: A Drunken Night Out.
