Recently I had the opportunity to be featured as a guest on The Joe Health Show podcast with host, Jonathan Geiman. This podcast is a weekly health podcast for the average Joe, and features stories of people who’ve transformed their health. I was invited by Jonathan back in November to talk about my travel experiences, how those with families can travel too, and my decision to quit drinking alcohol over 10 years ago.
