Throughout my academic and professional career, I have forged a path based on discipline, adaptation to change, and the constant pursuit of learning and improvement. Since my early studies, I have shown interest in areas related to sustainable agriculture, which has led me to deepen my knowledge through technical and professional training and practical experiences. In my professional life, I have had the opportunity to participate in projects that require commitment, critical thinking, and teamwork. These experiences have allowed me to identify real needs in the environment and propose practical solutions, whether through the implementation of new methodologies, the use of appropriate technologies, or the improvement of existing processes.   My short- and medium-term plans focus on consolidating my professional profile through relevant specializations and certifications, as well as actively contributing to impactful initiatives in my community. I aspire to lead processes that integrate sustainability, innovation, and community development, and that transform realities from an ethical and participatory perspective. Among the actions I have implemented, I highlight the design of a learning project for farmers in BPA, which involves participation in social projects, which have been accompanied by evaluation and continuous improvement strategies. These actions have provided concrete solutions to identified problems and have generated valuable learning at both the personal and organizational levels. In conclusion, my academic and professional career is characterized by a coherence between learning and action.
