It’s that time of the year again.

Time for my yearly reflection episode of the Feminine Fire Podcast – can you believe it?

I love recording these episodes for you every year and I’m excited to share this with you. To take you into my year and give you a very raw and real look at the best and worst of business in 2024.

And let me tell you after recording this episode I had a serious vulnerability hangover – sharing the less-than-shiny side of things will do that.

I even considered re-recording it BUT I also value authenticity, so it remains as recorded the first time and I’m taking a big deep breath as I hit publish on this one. 

My hope is that this inspires you to look back on your own year, reflect, celebrate and identify the lessons that you want to take forward into the new year.

I know this year has been challenging for so many business owners in so many ways, but I ALSO know there’s so much you’ve achieved, learnt and so much to celebrate – even if it doesn’t always feel that way. 

So take this as your sign to make some time before the end of the year to reflect, celebrate and if you have to, dig deep to find what those lessons have been for you.
