Hello hello!! My brain on tape is back!!! In this new episode, Katie discusses the post grad slump she has been experiencing as a new grad nurse in a new city, with a new job, and away from friends and family. She gets real with how lost and lonely she has felt in a new city, doing long distance, and trying to make new friends on a weird work schedule and without the structure of school and sports. She goes through what steps she has started to take to make this new life her own and what she is prioritizing during this transition to regain her happiness.
