We are mostly aware of the present moment but do we truly live in the now? Mindfulness and awareness guide us to living in the present moment through our breathing. More so now when we are all in this unknown time. Self-care begins with living in the present, bending to all our present emotions or feelings; be it pleasure or pain. When the latter is felt, breturning to our present time can help transform the situation mindfully. Hope my story resonates.
