America has finally opened its eyes to the injustices that have plagued the black community for centuries. The goal of this episode is to shine a light on the overall picture of how we got to this point today. Jalen, Justin, Alex, and Cam WIll talk about; Mass Incarceration, Racial Disparities, Unfair Sentencing, The Education System, Housing, Poverty, The Wealth Gap, Employment, The Media, Police Brutality, and Harassment. 

At the end of this episode, we also shared some things people who are not of color can do to help achieve equality for the black community. Overall, this conversation was an amazing & enlightening one.
