On October 30th, 1938, Orson Welles and his cast put out a radio show of The War Of The Worlds that ended up scaring a lot of people that tuned in halfway through and thought that aliens were invading our planet. So now imagine that you don't have a cellphone, and you don't have TV, what would you do. So turn the lights down and imagine that it is 1938 and you are listening to this for the first time. From start to finish it is great, the structure of it, the acting, and the writing. Brilliant stuff. When the aliens arrive though, now imagine that you just tuned in. Spooky stuff. At the end of this I put on some audio of some AT & T operators talking about what they went through that night at work. Hope you enjoy it.

On this episode Phillip goes it solo, and talks about all 4 "A Star Is Born" films. Although, he starts the show by correcting some things from the previous episode and reading some comments that he missed. He then talks about some movies that he's seen in the theaters and at home. He the reviews and discusses Touch of Evil (which is 60 years old this year) with some trivia and Out of Sight (which came out 20 years ago this year) with some trivia. He then talks about the newest trailer for Widows starring Viola Davis. Then there is some movie news about a robot being an actor and Rambo 5 details. He ends the show by telling you to check out a hidden gem called The Way of the Gun.
