Managing negative emotions and pain can be tough. All that raw energy and emotion well up inside you until you’re ready to burst. Then, you either let it out or suppress them. Either way, you have to deal with those difficult emotions. So how should you deal with emotions in a healthy way? Better yet, what does the Bible say about emotions? Psalms is a whole book of the Bible full of emotional prayers. This sermon series will examine four Psalms that teach us how we should bring our raw, difficult emotions to God, including the negative emotions that we’re not always good at processing: anger, rage, resentment, envy, shame, brokenness, and more.
