We are thrilled to host Trina Grey and Jonathan May who work with recent high school graduates with disabilities, and our newest team member Kathryn Dawson, a former special education teacher. Together, they are going to walk us through the journey of many special education students, from high school to just following graduation. You’ll hear from them what is most important for teachers to know about how they can be supported.
