Hi friends!:) Let's discuss this lovely & light episode with TWO double dates involved. Featuring fun facts about the characters of Mrs. Kim and Lane, as well as their wonderful portrayals by Keiko Agena and Emily Kuroda!
Here is the recipe I used for the Recipe of the Week. Feel free to try it out and let me know how it went!
Strawberry-Blueberry Smoothie (inspired by Sookie and Jackson):
Add 4 spoonfuls of frozen blueberries, 3-4 frozen strawberries, 4 spoonfuls of oats, 1 teaspoon matcha, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, and 1 cup of almond milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth! :) I love having this smoothie as part of my breakfast!
If you do not have frozen fruit, you can use non-frozen, but just make sure to add a few ice cubes to the blender to make the smoothie cold.
Feel free to add more almond milk to the blender if you want the smoothie to be less thick.
You can also add a sweetener of your choice.Gilmore Girls & Kim Women // A Conversation with Keiko Agena & Emily Kuroda: https://youtu.be/ZaVUZHJWnn0
