All creatives out there desire good health so that they can execute their work smoothly. In this episode, I open up about how I suffered and dealt with metal health unknowingly during COVID-19 lockdown. After sharing with some of my creative friends, it occurred to me that they were also going through the same challenges.

Do not suffer in silence please. You can talk to someone, join circles with similar interests and see how they are coping. Remember, mental health is real and it starts with you!

Have you ever been dumped because of your work? Well, it happened to me! One of my ex-girlfriends couldn’t stand me editing all the time! In this episode, I passionately dive into my love life and why it is important to balance your work and relationship as a creative. You can also share your love experiences with me in the comment section.

I can’t tell you the number of times my editing software has crashed in the middle of editing big projects for my clients. Trust me, I always lose my mind when this happens because that means re-editing every single thing. In other circumstances, clients just don’t want to pay even after completion of the work! Such unpleasant experiences have over time contributed to my resilience and growth in this creative journey. I have learnt that such circumstances don’t have to define me. That’s why any opportunity I get to do the things that make me happy besides work, I go for it! As a creative, never deprive yourself of happiness no matter the situation you are going through.

When COVID-19 hit us, the Creative Arts across the world were not left the same. Personally, I was scared of the future and I felt like my dreams were fading away just in front of my eyes. It’s at this point that I realized I needed to think positively and dream bigger about my future and what I was capable of accomplishing. This mindset kept me going throughout the pandemic and I’m still pushing on! Thanks for Watching!

I used to spend most of my time learning and trying out different designs, ideas and so on until it occurred to me that this was not enough for me to be the best at my craft. In this episode, I share my thoughts on networking and how it has helped increased my level of awareness and how to become better as a creative.

In this episode, I share about my burn outs as a creative. It is okay for every creative out there to feel less creative and less productive once in a while. When this happens to you, do not panic! It is okay! Just force yourself to take a break as you recharge your creative energy.
