"How the hell should I know!"
Dad and I sit down for our very first Patreon Request Episode and talk about the extremely cheap (In a Good Way) and Efficient films of the Pope of Pop Cinema, Roger Corman. Corman's influence can be felt in many of the movies of his acolytes and former students, and is owed a great deal of respect when it comes to the art of filmmaking. The first film we discuss is the comedic and campy "The Raven," based on the short story by Edgar Allen Poe and starring the late, great, Vincent Price, as well as a young Jack Nicholson
The Second movie, we keep on the Poe track of films and watch the slightly scarier, "Masque of the Red Death," also starring Vincent Price.
We even have a guest call in with Patreon member, and long time listener, Jared Louder.
