Hey everyone! We continue our reflection on a second discipline that we can adopt, having begun a personal relationship with Jesus. How do we nurture it? We consider prayer and learn how to pray from the Lord's prayer. There are all kinds of prayers including praying in the Spirit. We look at what Jesus taught the disciples when they asked him how they should pray.( Luke 11:1-3 ,Matthew 6:9-13,1 John 1:9,1 Thess 5:17, Ephesians 5:17)

Again,the Kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who,when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it( Matthew 13:45-46).We can experience this Kingdom through God's word.Gemstones & semi-precious stones are formed through pressure and heat.God's word which is flawless refined in a furnace of clay will also be tested as we live through it.Refined Gem seeks to share the word of God, applying it in everyday living.
