We have days when we feel so drained, over worked, exhausted. We must all take the time to recharge but aside from taking a break or a nap we should always consider the people we surround ourselves with. Are the people in your inner circle chargers or drainers? If they're chargers great! If they are drainers, you must take the time to find a new inner circle.
