In the first full episode back I speak to Georgie Tanner, a professional organiser. I talk to Georgie about how this new career came about as when I first met her she was a customer of ours at www.bounceagogo.co.uk and had a great career at the home office. It was genuinely lovely talking Georgie as she has seen Bouncegogo from very nearly the start right up until the present day. She has supported us, so it's great to show our support for her by getting her on the show early in her new career. Plus, rather selfishly, its good to get on in the early days of her new career as I really believe she is really going places!

We covered 'the old days' getting through University with a baby and being a black actress in the UK plus, a load more. When I was at school I always really like Evelyn. I always thought she was great but now my respect for my old friend has massively grown. I know you'll like and respect her also!

This week I sit down with Helen Dukes the owner and co-founder of Disko Kids. 

I first came across Disko Kids on the Bounceagogo Instagram feed about 2 years ago. The Disko Kids products are retro 70's early 80's in feel with Disco, Pop orientated prints on Tees, Sweatshirts as well as framed prints. The images that Helen posts of her product range are really clean and cool. It was really lovely to get behind these posts and talk to Helen and find out she was as cool as her product range. Most lovely was to find out about Disko Kids link to charity.

This week I speak to Becca Gray. Becca is a talented Make Up artist that annually does Paris Fashion week to wedding as well as everything in between. Becca's journey through the London College of Fashion, one of the worlds fore most fashion schools, as young Mum to her newly born baby daughter is inspiration in its self and as such Becca is a great example of what My Digital Doorstep is all about. The people behind the post so often have great stories, information and inspiration of tell and give us!

I got allot from talking to Jo and certainly got an insight into what has set her apart in the crowed fitness market. She has also been a great example to what My Digital Doorstep is all about. Getting behind Jo's posts and finding out about the person and not just the images we see on social has proved that great motivation, inspiration and information is literally on our (Digital) Doorstep. This week I talk with Marat Szelest. Marta is a Polish Canadian Gym owner based in Kitchener Ontario. Marta only turned up in the Bounceagogo social feeds recently promoting all that she does in and around her gym. What has been clear from the start is the emphasis that Marta places of Head first Body second approach and that how we feel about and see ourselves is at least equally, if not more important than working on the body alone. We talk about how she came to make this realisation, her business in general and how that sits within a political context on both side of the Atlantic (for both of us). I really enjoyed meeting and speaking with Marta and really looking forward to seeing how she and her business develops over the next 6 months and beyond.
