This episode uncovers Lakeydra's personal abusive experiences as a child and how those terrifying experiences resulted in disturbing behaviors as she grew up. Disturbing behaviors that were overlooked by family members and friends.
Her journey to help survivors first started when she was a military law enforcement officer responding to many domestic violence and sexual assault calls, and quickly learned that resources for survivors were not always readily available.
I hope this episode contributes to childhood abuse awareness and helps save children from abusive behaviors worldwide.
