In this podcast, I describe my battle with terminal congestive heart failure, and other medical issues I've had since birth, due to a congenital birth defect. While I've lived longer than anyone expected, I'm now in home hospice, facing the universe of the unknown, and the acute presence of my own mortality. This is a story of survival, living a good life, how I feel with respect to death, and some rather "crass" humour you'd otherwise not find when discussing such dark topics.
