The holidays are coming up so we will be revisiting a topic on this weeks interview with Nicki Wilson. 

Striving for perfection is exhausting in all areas of life, including times in pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Micah and her guest, Nicki, shed light on the negative mindsets and hang-ups women can have about their bodies after having a baby. While you may be anxious to lose that weight quickly, these two women want you to be mentally lighter when it comes to the stress of body image.
