2014-2017, The end of an era to say the least, where I learned everything there is about Molecular Gastronomy, under Chef Jose Andres, Spanish Tapas with a twist! Even working Banquets at the SLS HOTEL! I appreciate the journey, but now I'm out the door and ready for my next chapter in life!
