Here's my sad story from my time as a youth pastor at a very unhealthy church lead by very unhealthy people. Lots of deception, self-aggrandizement, abuse of authority, and worse of all, love was rarely seen. But it's not all bad! There's also some very important takeaways we can see from personal bad church experiences to strengthen our own faith, and also to encourage others going through the same thing.
