Social anxiety ruined my life, it plagued my hole existence to a point where I couldn't even have a simple conversation without huge feelings of panic rushing over my body. Which just made me seclude myself in my room and not leave my house. I would get anxious and about my anxiety, which would lead to me getting more anxiety that would get anxious about. All this to say, I was down pretty bad. 

For me to be sitting here today talking on a podcast with confidence in myself is truly amazing for me and all I want to do is share the things I went through with people who are struggling in hope that they can find some useful information or even some inspiration to take action on tackling social anxiety head on. 

This is the first episode in a 10 part series where I will be breaking down the habits and the actions I took to overcome social anxiety. This episode is just about me, where as the others will be looking into more of the mind and the body and how to utilise certain habits and routines to alleviate systems of anxiety and start feeling more confident in yourself. 

I hope you find this useful, as a lot of work and sacrifice has gone into then last couple of years of me overcoming social anxiety and being where I am today.
