Hi everyone, welcome back! In this second episode, I'm going to share my experience when I went vegan, how I felt mentally/physically.
I went on a vegan diet using my approach and knowledge of nutrition based on my nutrition qualifications (Advanced Nutrition for weight management & Physical Performance) but also after years of reading published authors and academic publications, allowing me to learn from experts in the field.
On a side note, I'm not discriminating against anyone whose dietary preference is eating less meat, dairy and eggs. This is just my personal experience, opinion and view. I hope you guys enjoy it!
