In our only football movie of the season, we review Knute Rockne, All American.  Why aren't we reviewing Rudy?  Could Chris Pratt play football for real?  What happened to the "K" in Knute?  All excellent questions that we address in this episode.

We continue our sports biopic reviews with this Gary Cooper classic.  Why did Pride of the Yankees make Babe Ruth look like such a jerk?  What is Katie's opinion on wallpaper designs?  Would there be a Lou Gehrig, C.E.T. make a good movie?  We ask these questions and provide substandard answers.  

In our first biopic of the season, we review Eight Men Out.  Where's the leadoff hitter?  Why do they talk so fast?  What does Indianapolis have to do with the Black Sox?  We have no definitive answers to these questions.  But, we have fun talking about it.

In our final underdog sports movie review, we talk about the criminally underrated 1979 film, Breaking Away.  We discuss the Empire State Building, Dennis Quaid, and Chris Pratt as twins.  Oh, we also talk about movie!  

In this episode, we review Hoosiers.  Is it the greatest sports movie of all time?  Of course, My Fair Katie doesn't think so.  Is the only real flaw, though, the haircuts?  Where is Oolitic?  Download and listen to hear out thoughts.

FINALLY!!!  My Fair Katie gets around to reviewing Katie's all-time favorite movie.  Oh, but it's not so simple.  We talk about hats, apples, math, Hercules, sleep listening, and men saying things.  Plus, we talk about montages.  Lots and lots of montages.

In Season 3, we'll be reviewing Katie's favorite movie genre: Sports Movies.  Although underdog stories are her favorite, we'll also be watching biopics, character studies, and sports fantasies.  This brief intro will hopefully get you excited for our biggest season yet!

In preparing for Season 3, we discovered a 1939 movie review fro Season 1 that was never published.  Enjoy the discussion of Young Mr. Lincoln.  Is law school really that easy?  If Lincoln's first girlfriend hadn't died, would Lincoln ever have been President?  Is this more accurate than Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter?  These questions are asked, but not necessarily answered.

It's a bit late, but we discuss the movies we watched in Season 2.  Which movie is the favorite?  Which character was the best?  What was the scariest moment?  These questions and more are asked, and, this time, perhaps even answered.
