My Favorite Sister

Elizabeth and Sarah check out (pun intended) of White Lotus Season 3 with a full recap of all the chaos, twists, and dead bodies we’ve come to expect. Who got what they deserved? Who surprised us? And did the finale live up to the hype? They break it all down—from awkward dinners to brutal betrayals—and maybe even pick their dream location for Season 4.

In the sister chat, Elizabeth is back from Iceland with tales of waterfalls, geothermal pools, and the eternal challenge of packing layers. Meanwhile, Sarah has fully claimed her new title as Lawn Empress, taking on weeds, soil drama, and homeownership one patch of grass at a time.

Elizabeth and Sarah dive into Netflix’s Survival of the Thickest Season 2—does it still bring the laughs, the fashion, and the heart of Season 1? They break down Mavis’ journey, the best (and worst) moments, and why shows like this need to exist.

In the sister chat, Sarah gives an update on her new house (spoiler: moving is chaos), Elizabeth is deep in trip prep mode and Sarah embarks on the never-ending struggle of finding the perfect pair of jeans. Because apparently, that’s harder than house hunting.

Elizabeth and Sarah lace up their metaphorical sneakers (or actually put on their heels) and dive into Running Point, Netflix’s latest Mindy Kaling comedy series. With an all star cast, witty dialogue and Kate Hudson it may be too good of a show to breakdown.

In the sister chat, Sarah is officially on the move—literally—while Elizabeth recaps a Y2K-themed party and embarks on the very serious mission of sourcing outfits for her Iceland trip. Plus some White Lotus talk because Sarah has finally started watching.

Elizabeth and Sarah pour themselves a tall glass of unsweet tea (or maybe something stronger) and dive into Sweet Magnolias Season 4. Are they pouring one out with the ladies of Serenity or are they once again trying to figure out how to get Cal his own spin off show?

In the sister chat, Sarah battles the plague (okay, just a bad cold, we think), Elizabeth recaps her trip to Cabo, and both spiral into The Traitors —comparing the UK and US versions and debating who played the best game.

Elizabeth and Sarah take a nostalgic deep dive into High School Musical—the Disney Channel phenomenon that defined a generation. Does it still hold up, or were we all just blinded by all the sequins on Sharpay and Ryan?

In the sister chat portion, the duo talks about the year that has been January 2025.

In this episode one of Elizabeth & Sarah’s favorite teen shows on Netflix is back, XO, Kitty. Will they remember the names of all the characters? Maybe yes but probably not. Will K-Drama hijinks ensue, definitely.

The sisters also dig into 2025 and how the first 19 days or so have been a vibe….a terrible vibe, with the LA fires, the TikTok ban and the pending inauguration.

In a special bonus episode, the sisters reach the conclusion of the 2024 Christmas Movie Showdown by discussing Netflix’s The Merry Gentleman , starring Chad Michael Murray and Britt Robertson’s wig.

Tune in to hear the final rankings for the 2024 Showdown PLUS Elizabeth and Sarah take a look back at all the Christmas movies watched in previous years, in order to decide what movie truly reigns supreme.

During part three of the 2024 Christmas Movie showdown, Elizabeth and Sarah unwrap Netflix’s holiday rom-com Our Little Secret, starring Lindsay Lohan. In a movie with an astonishingly impressive cast, the true question is does this movie deliver the ultimate Christmas chaos or leave us longing for Hot Frosty?

In this episode, Elizabeth and Sarah unwrap Netflix’s holiday rom-com Meet Me Next Christmas. And try to figure out how to explain to their husbands who Christina Milian is. The biggest question is, will this one dethrone Hot Frosty in this year’s Christmas Movie smackdown?

In the sister chat portion, they reflect on Thanksgiving highlights and Sarah shares all about her trip to Wembley Stadium to catch the USWNT vs Lionesses game.

In this episode, Elizabeth and Sarah kick off their annual Christmas movie showdown with a new holiday classic from Netflix, Hot Frosty. Starring Hallmark darling Lacey Chabert and many others you will recognize from other things. Will Lacey find her true love in a snowman come to life? Or will he melt (that’s right, melt) away?

In the sister chat portion, they discuss post-election rage filled thoughts and Jack’s long-awaited journey into the world of Twilight. Did Edward and Bella live up to the hype, or was it all just sparkling disappointment? Tune in to find out!
