Cassie Harris tells her experience of running her first 100k in 20deg weather. She teaches us that you can train for big races amidst life responsibilities and other hurdles that might get in the way. Her approach to training is very casual and she also explains why running with friends (or as Cassie puts it, "idiots") is critical.
