Sharon discusses the struggles of the first holiday/special days with Giovanna a.k.a GiGi who lost her father to Alzheimer's.  GiGi is a returning guest who shares openly about what this Father's Day will be like without her dad.  Sharon and GiGi discuss how important it is to not resist your grief and to allow the feelings into your heart.  GiGi talks about how she did resist her feelings because she was scared that the debilitating sadness would return and she would  be overwhelmed by her grief, but that is not the case and she is able to allow the feelings and feel all of the love she has for her dad.
