God's heart for rest goes way beyond sleeping or even taking a Sabbath day, though both are definitely part of it. In this episode, we interview a very good friend who has been on a journey with Jesus regarding some of these things. Resting in the righteousness and refusing to strive for God's pleasure is so important. Especially given the subjects we've been talking about!
