How are you feeling right now? The wisdom traditions of the world teach that our innermost nature is bliss. Are you feeling blissful right now? Or is there some tension? We all get stuck in bad moods sometimes, and sometimes those feelings are there to teach us something. But often we simply feel the weight of our challenges and to-do lists stopping us from feeling free to be joyful. Feeling negative draws more negative feelings, thoughts and circumstances to us, so we wanna shift out of negativity as soon as we can.
