We need a radical redefinition of faith, moving beyond passive theological agreement. The gospel is a royal decree, an authoritative proclamation of victory intended to actively restructure the believer's entire reality. Central to this concept is the assertion that biblical faith is synonymous with active obedience, which is defined by the inward discipline of being fully persuaded (peithō) by God’s truth, contrasting it with unbelief defined as the refusal to be persuaded (apeitheō). This persuasion requires a continuous inner alignment, symbolised by correcting one’s spiritual stance or "angle" in life. Therefore, a believer’s walk and footsteps become the practical manifestation of their persuasion, acting as a statement of spiritual authority and their loudest sermon to the world. Ultimately, submitting to this decree results in the perfect peace that comes from a mind actively anchored in God’s promises.
