Over the past seven days, we’ve explored various aspects of authenticity and masculinity: The Power of Vulnerability, Embracing Humility, The Importance of Integrity, Resilience and Overcoming Challenges, and today, we'll focus on bringing all these elements together in our daily walk with Christ.

Resilience is a vital aspect of authenticity and masculinity. It’s about enduring trials with faith and emerging stronger on the other side. As President Russell M. Nelson said, 'The joy we feel has little to do with the circumstances of our lives and everything to do with the focus of our lives.'

Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. It means being true to ourselves and our values, even when it’s difficult. Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin once said, 'Integrity means always doing what is right and good, regardless of the immediate consequences.' Another way is like to put it is it’s always doing what is right and good when no one’s watching. Perfect example of the poem I shared Monday “the man in the glass”.

Humility is often misunderstood as thinking less of ourselves, but it’s really about thinking of ourselves less. It’s recognizing our dependence on God and our need for His guidance in our lives.
