As a leader in the business world, I have always aimed to be as transparent as possible. Even the strongest among us can unexpectedly become victims of abuse, manipulation, and toxic individuals. This doesn’t make us bad, weak, or unworthy—it makes us human, hurt by others who are also hurting.

In these next few episodes, I'm back with a new perspective and some changes. Before we return to business, I am holding a strong presence in my healing while sharing the journey with you. This is how we can turn back to a better version of ourselves. To process, grieve, and move through trauma, I need to speak openly about my experiences. I've felt extreme guilt for not sharing the truth and for making everyone think life was perfect when it wasn't. By speaking my truth, I hope to not only heal myself but also help others on their healing journey.

2019/2020 really changed how the world works. We were forced into this online world to not only buy what we needed but it was the only way we could have human interaction.

Today I talk about the 5 things I would do differently in 2022 to make my online business more successful and to create growth.
